Windy-lo has always been perceived as "expensive". That however is far from the truth! We carry and grow only the best quality plants and support our local growers. We will never be able to compete with our surrounding "box stores", but we are extremely competitive with our local nurseries We are fortunate to have been in this location since my grandmother and grandfather purchased the property in the early 1940s. Since then my father Philip Flagg started this company with only his passion for plants, a shovel and a wood shed for his office, gradually forming Windy-Lo as it is today.
